Audubon Estates is a 22-acre residential development in New Roads, Louisiana built to permanently relocate residents from repetitive flood-loss areas — purposefully sited outside the 100-year flood zone, with homes elevated and hardened for severe weather resilience. Dynamic Group partnered with the Louisiana Office of Community Development to deliver this award-winning project, bringing the same capacity that has rebuilt communities across the country to one of Louisiana's most vulnerable flood-prone populations.
